Do you offer custom or personalised items?
Yes! Many of our event styling pieces, gifts, and prints can be customised. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to message us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to help bring your idea to life.
How do I request a custom order?
Simply get in touch via our contact form or message us with details like colours, names, dates, wording, and event type. We’ll confirm availability, pricing, and turnaround time before proceeding.
Can I see a proof before my item is made?
For personalised prints and designs, we can provide a digital proof for approval on request, message before ordering. Production begins once you’ve confirmed everything looks perfect.

Event Styling
What types of events do you style for?
We create items and displays for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. If you have a special occasion in mind, just ask!
Do you offer full event styling or items only?
Our online shop focuses on styling items and décor pieces. Full styling services are available in Newcastle upon Tyne and surrounding areas, — elsewhere, we provide beautifully designed items you can style yourself.

Prints & Artwork
What format are your prints available in?
Prints may be available as physical prints, digital downloads, or both. Each product listing will clearly state what you’ll receive.
Can I request changes to a print design?
Small changes (such as colour or text edits) are often possible. Larger design changes may incur an additional fee — just ask before ordering.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Because many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in small batches, production times may vary. If your item requires additional time, this will be noted on the product page.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
UK Shipping is Free, Local Delivery is charged at £5.00 or free for orders at 70.00.

Payments, Returns & Changes
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through the checkout. Available options will be shown when you place your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. Once a personalised item is in progress, changes may not be possible.

1. Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be faulty or defective, returned in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging (where applicable).

Personalised or custom made items (e.g., bespoke signs, custom balloons, printed cut-outs with specific names/designs) cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required for all returns.
2. How to Start a Return

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we can’t guarantee receipt without tracking.
4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, where applicable.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return eligible items for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
