2. Orders

2.1 Placing an Order

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

  • If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Pricing

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time without notice.

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • PayPal

  • Klarna/Clearpay (if applicable)

Payment must be made in full at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Times

Standard processing:

  • Ready-made items: 2–5 working days

  • Personalised/custom items: 5–10 working days

  • Large décor/signage: may take longer (stated on product page)

Processing times do not include shipping time.

4.2 Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Couriers

  • Weather

  • Postal disruptions

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

4.3 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct address.
We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.

5. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

5.1 Custom Products

This includes:

  • Personalised signage

  • Printed boards

  • Name decals

  • Custom balloons

  • Made-to-order décor

5.2 Proofs & Approval

Where applicable:

  • Proofs will be sent for approval

  • Customers must check spelling/design carefully

  • Once approved, changes cannot be made

5.3 Returns

Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Non-Personalised Items

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resale condition

Customers are responsible for return postage.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised/custom products

  • Balloons or inflated items

  • Food/contact-safe items once opened

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Digital downloads

6.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos

  • We will offer replacement or refund

7. Balloons & Fragile Products

7.1 Balloon Disclaimer

Balloons are fragile and affected by:

  • Temperature

  • Handling

  • Environment

We cannot guarantee lifespan or float time once delivered.

7.2 Responsibility After Delivery

Once delivered or collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.

8. Digital Products

8.1 Downloads

Digital products:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are for personal use only

  • May not be resold or redistributed

8.2 Licensing

All designs remain the intellectual property of A&B Studio.

9. Product Care & Safety

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safe installation and use

  • Supervision of children around décor/balloons

  • Following any care instructions provided

A&B Studio is not liable for misuse or injury resulting from products.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Photos

  • Product concepts

  • Branding

is owned by A&B Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&B Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Event losses due to late delivery outside our control

  • Damage after delivery

  • Third-party courier issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

12. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this:

  • Production may have started

  • Cancellation may not be possible for custom items

13. Privacy

We only collect personal data necessary to:

  • Process orders

  • Deliver products

  • Communicate with customers
